| Accidental Insurance
Provides money directly to the policyholder/family in the event of an accident, with additional money paid out for follow-up visits, hospitalization, physical therapy, ambulance rides and accidental death and dismemberment. Critical Illness Provides money to the policyholder/family if diagnosed with one of several various critical illnesses or conditions, including heart attack, stroke, coronary bypass, coma or paralysis. Cancer Insurance Provides money to the policyholder/family in the event of a cancer diagnosis. There are additional monies paid out for the cancer treatment, including radiation/chemotherapy, hospitalization, surgical procedures, anti-nausea drugs, travel and hotel expenses, second surgical opinions, as well as an evaluation at any National Cancer Institution in the United States. Dental Insurance Minimum of two participants, with no waiting periods on preventive, basic or major services. Orthodontic plans are available as an optional rider. |
Disability/Paycheck Protection Replaces a certain portion of an employees’ income in the event that they become disabled due to a sickness or an injury. Hospitalization Provides additional money to the policyholder/family in the event that they are hospitalized for either a sickness or an accident. This coverage can be used to help compensate for the gaps in an employer-sponsored program (high deductibles and co-payments). Term Insurance Provides money to the family in the event of an unexpected death. Coverage is also available for spouses and children. Universal Life Insurance Provides money to the family in the event of a death. This is a permanent policy that builds cash value and is tailored by the employee to fit their individual needs. Coverage is also available for spouses, children and grandchildren even if the employee chooses not to participate. Vision Insurance Covers one annual eye exam and materials (frames and lenses) with a minimum of three participants. |
